Secure Pacific is looking for quick-thinking and highly-motivated Customer Service Representative to work with our clients in the Tacoma area. This position will deliver top-notch customer service to our clients with primary emphasis on performing retention calls, collections on past due accounts, and account cancellation tracking.
An ideal candidate has….
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- A team-oriented, positive personality
- Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Prior group presentation experience a plus
- Ability to exercise judgement, use discretion, and make appropriate decisions
- Professional manner and appearance
- Computer and math proficiency
