It was late Friday evening when Operator Minta Christopherson received alarm signals from a construction site in Kent. She could see one person on site in a jacket, dark pants and a beanie. Minta could also see the shadow of another person and dispatched the Kent Police Department. She then received multiple additional alarm signals and could see three people. A helicopter was en route and officers detained four for burglary. Check out the footage below!
