It was early in the morning when an operator in our Verification Center received alarm signals from the lobby of the non-profit organization in Tacoma. The operator could see a guy walking around the hallway checking interior doors. He then dispatched the Tacoma Police Department and notified the emergency contact. The customer stated that, “it took him 12 minutes to arrive on site and the bad guy was already in the back seat of the cop car.” One was taken into custody for trespassing.
