Operator Jessica Culver was in the Verification Center when she received alarm trips and could see a male in a dark jacket walking against the building at a construction site in Seattle. The man then began to climb the crane and she dispatched the police as well as the emergency contacts. Police arrested one for trespassing. Check out the footage!
