An operator was monitoring late Wednesday night when she received an alarm signal from a stairwell and main lobby elevator at a Seattle construction site. She could see at least two suspects on site and dispatched police. The operator then received additional alarm signals at the main entrance lobby, a different stairwell and the main lobby elevator again. She could see a single person at the main entrance lobby and the legs of someone else at a stairwell. The operator reached out to all of the emergency contacts. Both suspects were arrested.
